A little about me....
I truly began my journey of introspection and self discovery through yoga in 2009. What was meant as a recreational drop-in class resulted in a spiritual shift and eventual immersion into yoga as the heart from which my health, relationships and profession would emanate.
The practice was a revelation and I was quick to identify for the first time in my life a sense of calm through the synchronicity of breath and movement.
To this day, I continue to dive deep into my yoga evolution by applying my trainings in hot, yin, vinyasa, meditation, anatomy and trauma therapy, not only to my own practice, but also to any opportunity given to guide other practitioners along their yoga journey.
I guide my students with kindness and an unwavering belief that yoga is a journey of redefining what it means to be vulnerable. To understand it as something powerful and sincere rather than weakness. A meaningful way of reconnecting with the world through deep connection with one’s own mind, body and soul.
In my classes students will feel cared for as they move their way through a dynamic practice paired with good tunes and a helpful touch. A little light-hearted humour and intuitive alignment cues will keep the energy in the room grounded while still being challenged by fun, flowing and strong sequences – you’ll be breaking a sweat with a smile on your face!
